Dynamiq Designs is a small Ontario studio. We build websites for local businesses that are done with Wix and WordPress.

Those platforms are easy to start on and hard to leave. You don’t really have a website — you have a login. You pay every month. You work inside their editor. If they raise the price, drop a feature, or the site gets slow and messy with add-ons, your options are: keep paying, or start over. That is the opposite of independence.

Independence means you own the thing. After we rebuild, the website is yours. The domain name is yours. The hosting and email are yours. You can move it. You can hire someone else to change it. You can keep it running without us. If Wix disappeared, or we did, you would still have a site — not a cancelled subscription and a blank page.

Q&A

Do I have to change how the site looks?

No. We start from what you already have and rebuild it so it still feels like your business. The point is the engine underneath, not a new brand.

What does “I own it” actually mean?

You are not renting a login on Wix or WordPress. When we’re done, the website, the domain name, the hosting, and the email are yours. You can move it, hire someone else, or run it without us. If we closed, you’d still have a site.

Is this another monthly platform?

No. You pay for the build. Hosting is real hosting you control, not a Wix or WordPress subscription that keeps the site alive. There is no monthly fee to us to “keep the website.”

What happens to my domain and email?

They come with the handoff. You keep the web address people already know, and email stays yours — not trapped inside the old builder.

Can I still change the site later?

Yes. It’s your site. You can change it, or have someone else change it. You are not locked into our editor, because there isn’t one you have to rent.

Can you build a shop?

Yes. Same idea as the rest of the site: the storefront isn’t a WordPress plugin pile. There’s a live demo at demo.dynamiqdesigns.ca — test checkout, fictional catalog, nothing for sale.
